Taking on the Source: Project
CURB conducted a survey of more than 400
local teens and adults to better
understand how young people get access
to alcohol. The findings are detailed in
this presentation.

Final Needs Assessment Report
The Final Needs Assessment Report is
a compilation of data gathered through
community forums hosted by Project CURB
and its partner organizations. The
report provides a comprehensive view of
alcohol usage among Santa Cruz County
teenagers and young adults. It also
includes secondary data from California
Healthy Kids Survey, local hospitals,
UCSC and Cabrillo College.

Project CURB One-on-one Survey - PDF

Project CURB and the Together for
Youth Collaborative spent time
identifying key stakeholders in the
community whom they wanted to connect
with to discuss the issue of binge
drinking. Over 40 Together for Youth
members and community members were
trained to interview members of the
public. Over 160 community members were
interviewed. The key findings are
included here.
